Our blunt, straight-shooting style always comes from a place of understanding and intention.  We know everyone has a different truth, so before speaking ours, we listen without pre-judgement and take others truth (and feelings) into account. Our constant pledge is to seek to understand our clients and our teammates before we utter a single word.
